Consultancy and Design Audits

Air Testing UK (ATUK) provides a number of services to assist in achieving Building Regulations, planning, BREEAM or other target requirements. We provide Air Barrier, Thermal, Acoustic, and Thermographic Consultancy and Audits.

By employing ATUK, we can provide guidance and advice on the most cost effective and practical way of meeting our client’s requirements. Early input is the key to delivering a successful scheme and assists the design team in developing the proposals, and mitigating risk. However, this is not always possible and we work with our clients in a pro-active manner, whatever the current situation.

Our extensive experience in the construction industry includes consultancy and design audits, such as: Acoustic audits, Environmental Noise Impact Assessments, Air and Thermal Barrier continuity audits (for Passivhaus, AECB Silver Standard and other low leakage buildings), BREEAM reports, pre-test checks on site to assist the design or installation, site visits to investigate and problem solve, and we can attend design team or project site meetings to answer any further queries you may have.
